About the role

As a Sales Engineer at PT Tekno Fluida Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. This full-time position is based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and support to our valued clients. Your expertise and exceptional customer service will be instrumental in strengthening our position in the fluid technologies.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions

• Prepare and present technical proposals, demonstrations, and quotations

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of projects

• Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance assistance

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our offerings

• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

• S1 Degree in in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechatronik Engineering / Robotics Engineering or relevant technical field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role

• Well-rounded mechanical aptitude and familiar with Hydraulic, Filtration, and Wastewater Treatment.

• Well-rounded mechanical aptitude and familiar with pumps, motor, valves, flanges, seals, piping, tanks, sensors, instrumentation, control systems, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&Ids), and process flow diagrams (PFDs).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent computer skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with the industries and related technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

• Having Driver License (SIM A and C).

• The applicants will be working at Banten area or Balikpapan area.
